This is a free blog hosting site.You should review the features to see if something like this would work for you. I still haven't heard back from Infome - i just sent another email asking if they have anything that would work for what we need.
I haven't found any place to upload files (besides photos). One way around this would be to use links - of course you/the managers would have to upload the image to our/their web server...not really convenient.
Have you thought about whether a forum might work for you? - not that infome offers that. ;)
I'll have a look around the web to see if there are any other possible solutions.
